CEO/Founder and Ordained Pastor
Stephanie Abass
In 2014, Stephanie Abass founded EAGLES of Grace Inc., a nonprofit in Winston Salem's Boston-Thurmond community, supporting marginalized youth through mentoring, leadership programs, and Christian education. As a licensed minister in 2019, she expanded her work to serve up to 22 children aged 8-17. By 2022, EAGLES of Grace became an independent 501c3, with Stephanie as Executive Director, focusing on leadership development and community engagement. In 2023, Stephanie accepted her Apostolic ordination and is the founder and Apostle of Glory Temple of God Ministries, an online community-based in Winston Salem, NC. Abass resides in Winston Salem with her children Essence and Malaki. As a self-published author and Salem College Fleer student pursuing her bachelor's in Health Advocacy and Humanitarian Systems and Nonprofit Management it is her hope to be a catalyst for change in the community and in the lives of those she encounters.

Dorothy Nesmith-Austin
Dorothy, a Garner native, graduated from Clayton High School and WSSU with a B.A. in English & Spanish in 2005. She founded NCWS LLC in 2008, offering tutoring and professional development services. With her family, Dorothy collaborates with S-Quad and EOG Inc. to promote community development and youth empowerment. Adult Academic Initiative -GED CERTIFICATION & CPR/First Aid Training and Certification

I am honored to serve as the Male Mentor of Eagles of Grace MVP KINGZ. With four years of collegiate education and a CDL Class A truck driver, I bring a unique blend of experience to our mission. I aim to contribute to the expansion of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ through Eagles of Grace, nurturing men of excellence and valor.

I am from Salisbury North Carolina. In 2014 I relocated to Winston Salem and begin actively pursuing a career as a collegiate athlete. As a recent graduate from Lees Mccrae College with a bachelors in exercise science I am working extensively to become an athletic trainer in the near future to provide exceptional service to athletes and trainers. I am currently the CEO of Grind TYME (Transform Your Mind & Elevate). A holistic basketball skills clinic and weight training program. My goals are to help student athletes like myself to enhance their athletic performance and improve oneself as a person physically, spiritually, and mentally. My core values are discipline, integrity, and perseverance.
